Everyone was very caring and courteous. They got me in same day without an appointment and helped me obtain financing to pay for my procedure eliminating the financial worry. Thank you Wichita Family Dental for taking care of all my needs and making me feel at ease.
I had a crown done and even tho it did take longer than expected because the first crown didnât fit right, the staff was very professional and friendly. I am glad the job was done right and thrilled my tooth is fixed perfectly!

Dr. Amy LeMaster has been nothing but amazing since I started going there last month. Her entire team has been so nice and understanding. I don't usually associate this type of industry with customer service but Wichita Family Dental has officially raised my standards. Between my initial consolation, getting me in as soon as they can when it's a tooth emergency, staying late to get the job done, explaining all my options to me, and really feeling like they care - I have become a promoter of this office and talented dentist!
I can describe my experience with Wichita Family Dental West with one word - AWESOME; but I will elaborate: While eating a piece of "soft" candy, a filling and part of one of my teeth broke loose. I called Family Dental West only because they were located just a few blocks from my home. They were able to give me a 5 PM appointment the very next day. Best dental health provider I have ever been to. Painless, highest quality services in all areas, state-of-the -art technology and did I mention PAINLESS! Keep up the GREAT work!
Facility is clean/neat. People are friendly. However, I noticed a lot of multi-tasking going on. Doctor and various assistants coming and going to "get something" that wasn't in the room. Lots of pauses during my four hours in the chair. I would want to have more continuous attention so I could get out quicker.
