4 HOURS to put on a crown?? WITH a booked appointment (not a worked in appointment!) Other work completed; only needed to finish up and apply the permanent crown. BUT FIRST, try to talk the patient into a $3,000 bridge?? No discussion of this at first visit. IF it were necessary it seems reasonable to expect that it would have been discussed BEFORE going to the follow up appointment, where the patient's expectation was to get a crown and be done. Totally unethical. And 4 HOURS???? RIDICULOUS AND INSULTING! Respect your patient's time!!

Omg! I LOVE this place! This will be my dental place for my whole family from this point on! I was SO grateful and so happy that they where able to get me in on such short notice! I had a painful tooth (actually just the roots) that needed pulled. Everyone was very friendly and I got excellent care. Thank you very much West Wichita Family Dental! :) Oh and I loved watching the squirrels, too! 🐿 And I got a cookie and water afterwards too! Lol Xoxox

This is truly a one stop shop Dentist practice! They make their own crowns and place them all in the same day, have an Orthodontist who comes to their office, and the best part is that they are ALL so very friendly.

I had been in pain all week with a toothache and couldn’t see my dentist until Monday. I called on a Saturday morning at 8 o’clock and was in the office at 11. The dentist quickly determined I needed a root canal and provided me with pricing and we made the decision to do the procedure. Dr. LeMaster and Kimberly did a great job. I had no pain during the procedure and I have had virtually no pain since then and I’ve only taken Advil. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly.
