Very slow service bit of advice don't offer appointments for a time that you are not even close to keeping . Update another appointment. Just the 20 minutes late this is EVERY appointment at this surgery

I've been coming here for years, In all that time I've found the culture here is helpful and caring. The reception staff are friendly and professional. The doctors, nurses and other clinicians really help and do so under such busy, busy times. Thank you
Dr Tun was always very caring, especially after being bullied by NHS Management who caused me a nervous breakdown and nearly a second. Unfortunately since the practice has changed and impossible to see Dr Tun having retired the new doctors have shown no understanding or care, and have even told me to go to A and E at the hospital who caused my breakdown. Even though my file is clearly marked DO NOT SEND TO ESH as I suffer with anxiety, again as they show no understanding or care. Although I do not want to go the legal route ... read more
