Previously with a Bognor based agent to find a tenant and manage my rental in Pagham but they were messing me around, quoting me rental income well below market rate and taking so long to act they left me in a bit of trouble tbh. He went above & beyond to take the pressure off of me & made the whole thing so much more bearable.
