First of all, I wanted to email the practice about this privately but there is no contact information anywhere online and I don't want to phone the surgery after my experience with one of your receptionists. Absolutely woeful Doctors surgery. On hold for over an hour and got to number one in the queue only for them to hang up on me! I didn't even need an appointment, just a prescription request. It's a shame all these negative reviews and experience's people are having has literally no impact and improvement on the service they provide. Dreadful.

Utterly appalling & a danger to peoples health. All of the GP’s here work part time! Maybe if they worked a full week they could see more patients. Staggering level of incompetence & zero Duty of Care. Misdiagnosis on a frequent basis. Refusals to give referrals to see a Specialist or for any follow up investigation on symptoms ie: X Ray’s, Scans, Medical Procedures at a Hospital. Severe pain dismissed. Placed an repeat prescription order for drugs for two medical conditions on the 16th February, drugs were not signed off and authorised despite asking for them to be on the 17th February, as I was going to the USA on the 21st February and would run out of drugs whilst away. I’ve had quite a few doctors over the years having lived in different areas. This is quite possibly the worst… Not in terms of staff in terms of process and availability. The Econsult is only available at 8am? For those of us who can’t do that time, because we have priorities elsewhere, where does that leave us?
