I paid 120 for an airflow/clean And it was supposed to last 45 minutes but it was for 15 mins. However I guess it’s because they’re in a rush but for this amount of money I would’ve expected better. I feel like the receptionist must’ve overcharged me. When paying the lady at reception had a lot of attitude towards me for no reason and when I said is that all okay she just wasn’t friendly and put me off. This was my first time here and my last. Not a good service at all from reception.
The dentist that I saw was sarah and she explained what was going to happen to save my tooth she put me at ease and was very pleasant
Absolute amazing experience for my daughter. After going to our normal practice and not being satisfied with the response, I call Whitestone for an emergency appointment and they saw her same day and sorted her out. She has had a bad experience previously so was really nervous, the dentist was so amazing with her and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much
