Lovely feel when you walk in and the staff are so friendly .. Mum has been in respite here 5 times after being unwell to build her physical and mental health up.. Enjoys being able to choose from a varied menu.. Highly recommended..
After making the hard decision to move my dad into a care home, I was recommended White oaks by a friend who works there, which said it must be lovely. One month in and my dad's put weight on, is happy and I couldn't fault his care. Nothing seems to be any trouble and the level of care is exceptional. All the staff always have a smile and time to say hello. Thankyou for making a hard decision alot easier to cope with.
