I sadly have been let down badly by miss diagnosis after years of trusting and believing they were my dogs saviour's .I have been passed from pillar to post with incompetent different vets .My dog is very poorly and it's absolutely breaking my heart I trusted such incompetent people .
Poor experience,18 months on I still can't get over the lack of knowledge around my pets condition, the incorrect diagnosis and cold approach of the vets. Not given the chance to say goodbye and given 20 minutes to make the hardest decision ever, after having my pet for over 10 years.... I will never forget or forgive.
Absolutely wonderful without wild hedgehogs we take in. Treating with love, care and respect.
