We have just bought our first through Whiteknights based in Reading , James was handling all the process , i can say that James was very helpful and always available, we are very happy with the services and the property. Definitely recommend. Great work by James .
Whiteknights were great during our sale. They had someone lined up immediately and we sold our house for asking price before it even went on the Market. The sale itself took a long time but that was due to chain issues. When the going got rough, Rob was always contactable and professional and very understanding. The only downside is that they use a third party sales progressor and I found they added no value and I couldn't recommend them. Happy I'm not selling with Whiteknights myself, Unable to get a viewing booked on any property after 1.5wks of phone calls. Calls not returned, and insisting on a affordability check with my full financial details handed to a 3rd party mortgage Broker ("Mortgage Advice Bureau") from a cold call, simply to arrange a viewing. This breaches data protection as such checks are only a requirement once a purchase is going through.
