We were initially recommended Whitehaven as a respite placement. The Staff were incredibly supportive towards our relative and really took time to find out about her so that when she arrived, they could talk to her about her interests which enabled a smooth transition into the care home. The food choices are great and every time we go to visit we are very pleased to see a happy and healthy family member.
