We were tenants under Whitehalluk in Gateshead for two and a half years. Throughout this entire period, we suffered from a persistent leak in the apartment that was never adequately fixed. Although they sent a so-called “professional plumber” to inspect it, the issue was never resolved despite our repeated complaints over the years. Once again faultless reported a leak after water was going into downstairs property coming from under our bath plumber out & fixing leak as I write this been my landlord for a good few years now & have sorted out everything promt & efficient every time I've needed them. Many thanks
