I don't recommend Whitegates because the staff is so rude and the entrance of the centenary building was broken since ages and nobody from whitegates cares about it. It's always open and not safe anymore. I really wish town and country was still our agency, not whitegates. (Lettings)

Honestly, the best service I’ve received from an estate agents. I was buying a house through Whitegates Wrexham and from viewing properties, to completing my purchase, they were so lovely. I viewed homes with Ian who was such a friendly, helpful and nice person. The completion of my purchase was supported by Stefan, who was also really helpful, supportive and approachable. If I ever sold my home I’d very likely use Whitegates because of the reassurance I’d be taken care of by lovely people.
