Update. They put the rent up every year. Were slow to fix any issues. Bad attitude every time we had any contact. 4 years of this company and im finally free. Never again. I moved into a house managed by whitegates and have complained that there is rubbish in the yard left over from previous tenants or when the house was cleared. I physically can not use my bins because of this, I can't even walk in the yard because of the rubbish dumped all over the floor. I am in the middle of selling my home, and I first met James when he came out to do my valuation a few years ago and again in October when I decided to sell, he’s a lovely lad, very knowledgeable and informative.
