Absolutely brilliant service ! Very, very helpful throughout my tenancy with very speedy informative responses. I can not give enough praise to Beckie Henry who I was dealing with as she was very professional, always got back to me despite a difficult and testing few years and helped me everything throughout my tenancy. After an issue with our solicitor (no fault of Whitegates what-so-ever) halted our completion leaving us homeless the professional service at Whitegates (Bob and Becki specifically) went above and beyond to help find a solution in a very challenging situation. They were attentive and supportive throughout. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They really saved the day.
