Landlords, Beware!!! My experience with **Whitegates** has been extremely disappointing. Despite confirming in writing that a specific charge would not apply, I was repeatedly reminded about it for a service they failed to provide. This inconsistency has completely eroded my trust in their processes. The rent guarantee scheme, which should have paid out promptly, has been delayed due to what appears to be negligence on their part.
