Excellent staff, particularly lewis and mags in the office. They do seem to take their time with repairs however.
We have loved having Whitegates Beeston as our lettings agents, particularly Mags and Lewis have been super helpful especially as us being students. Would definitely recommend going with Whitegates

I had an issue with the hot water, so I contacted Marie, and she arranged everything quickly, scheduling the repair for the very next day. She also contacted me several times to make sure everything was going well. Pete did an excellent job fixing the problem, and both he and Marie were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout. Huge thanks to Marie and Pete for such outstanding service!
