Terrible communication. Been told on the NHS app that a doctor had a phone consultation with me but it never happened. Extremely hard to get in contact with them. Always have to chase them for results of tests.

I am extremely frustrated with the care I received today. I spent all morning on the phone with 111, hoping to get an appointment, only to be assigned a nurse who was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked empathy. This surgery is an absolute joke. Been trying to get some documentation for my father who passed away and they just don't get back to you. Takes for ever to get through on the phone and then you get put through to a voicemail. Disgraceful. There was also a referral for my mother which they sat on for months doing nothing with. The practice manager Dana is also a joke. I'm sure there will be the same scripted robotic response as with all the other negative reviews.
