They make you book an appointment with Anima which always says it's at full capacity, so I called them & told them that but they said refresh it as if I didn't think of that.
Just had to share my experience, to give balance within all these bad reviews. I moved to Whitefields 4 years ago, and I have been in a few times. All these times the receptionists have been nice, polite, professional and made me an appointment on the same day. The doctors have been really caring and patient, and actually listened to my concerns and I've never felt rushed or fobbed off. Compared to my last doctors Whitehills is a breath of fresh air.
