Used to work at this company for 15 months. Enjoyed working there. Was given notice by Kelly who is head of payroll and HR as they had no care positions available though they have now employed 5 care workers. Have left the company and they have been with holding my SSP which is government paid so they are defrauding the government not paid my hours worked and not paid my holiday owed. The home is nice full of lovely people around. All staff are friendly and helpful. Service users are looked after with a lot of empathy🤗

An unsafe service that was neither effective, caring, responsive nor well-led. Medicines were not handled or stored safely and residents did not always receive their medicines as prescribed. A lack of governance systems meant any risks were neither assessed nor monitored, with records not maintained.

I work at this home we have been treated very great by this company. I can't believe that some old staff can say what they have said. I thought we got to know each other when we work together and they know the level of care we can provide.
