From the moment I requested a quote, to when the last item was unloaded, everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, from Paul who called to discuss the quote, Hannah who arranged logistics and payment, or the team who came and got everything loaded and unloaded. Great guys, really couldn't do enough to help and fantastically efficient throughout (despite their dubious take away choices!). Smooth process throughout and fairly priced
We moved on one of the hottest days of the year and the guys were great. Ben, Ben and Brendan turned up on time, moved us quickly, helped out with some of the last minute bits of packing and were incredibly professionally. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Joe and Brendan turned up bright and early, ready to get stuck in. From start to finish they were no-nonsense, super-efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Even the bigger, awkward jobs were handled with ease, and they made short work of disassembling and reassembling the furniture – all done perfectly!! They pieced together our cumbersome IKEA guest bed and made it look so easy! We had an absolutely excellent experience with White Rose removals and I would 100% recommended. The booking process was slick and efficient, the price was competitive and reasonable and the moving itself was absolutely seamless. Friendly, efficient and careful.
