Appointment was on time, staff friendly and the vet excellent.
Staff behind counter were polite. However the vet who seen to my dog couldn’t have been more patronizing if she tried! Telling me what I’d been doing previously was all incorrect which I had been told by another vet in the same practice!! Incredibly rude. Never felt so belittled before! And don’t get me started on the prices! I nearly fainted! Luckily as they are the only vet in our local area they therefore do not have any competition!
I take my dog there every month for her Arthritis jab. The nurse is superb and always welcome her and give her a treat before and after the jab. A caring and professional practice
I had my cat put to sleep last week, the vet gave myself and daughter plenty of time to say goodbye, and also gave us some keepsakes of him, I would like to thank the vet and staff involved, I received a lovely card today which was a suprise. Absolutely perfect service Thank you all. 😊
Although the cat may never forgive me for giving the vet 5 stars
