They text ahead of time before they come to exterminate ask if your having bugs in the house or outside and are ready to serve
We signed up with monthly services for preventative care. Although thorough the first time they were here, they don't tell you when they're coming. The first visit I asked if they were animal safe as we have 4 dogs the tech looked at me and laughed and said, "Yeeessss." in a very smart mouthed time like it was the dumbest question he ever heard but I ignored it.
