RecommendedWe have had them for six months and they have been very conscientious. They came back after treating when I continued to see ants. They text before coming, let me know when they’re here and when they’ve finished. I have been very pleased.
White Knight was here when we moved into our new house. We had numerous insect problems at that time. Mostly spiders, black widows. In our attic there was one area the spiders were in a group. I thought they were solitary spiders. WhiteKnight got rid of all of them and we haven’t seen one insect inside the house. They let me know when they are coming by so I can put my dogs up. They are a great company.
They are great at what they do! They explain everything very good.
Against my better judgment I gave them the business. My fault there. I still had to treat for scorpions and ants myself. In the Texas Hill Country this is a problem. They have the worst customer service! I never know when they are coming. I received a text/automated call the day before. Well COVID happened and funds change. No longer want to pay for a crappy service that I have to go behind and re-do myself. Had a scheduled service that the company sent me notice of for mid December but no one showed up or called to reschedule. Customer service from this company is extremely poor, from my experience.
Good company! Products safe for my pup. Lots of ants in my yard, near water.
The service was really good and the technician was efficient with her work in servicing our home with how she sprayed and where she sprayed.
