I have tried to keep this service and give the benefit of my doubts by letting them come back but no more. There service is not worth it. They continually have different technicians and that tells me they have a problem in management and training. Killed my beautiful morning glories, didn't take care of ants and if your in Texas that is a must and didn't sweep the overhangs for wasp unless I went out and told them to. Choose someone else!

We write this after our second visit. First of all we requested not to send the same young man and you did send him when we had already had a horrible experience with him. He was lazy irresponsible and argumentative. THE first visit He finished in 30 minutes instead of the 45 minutes that was supposed to of taken he was late one hour the first time and an hour and a half the second time. We have used White Knight for years and we’re satisfied but the last 6 months or so have been horrible. I should have cancelled sooner. October 14th they were supposed to service the house and no one ever showed. Okay no biggie. But we called in to find out what was going on and they said their system showed they came and serviced the house and used 9 gallons. Bold face lie. No tech was ever at our house.
