I called you to get information on the chemicals you used for my vet at which point I told you to cancel my services. Area manger asked me to send in my vet bill and she would be in touch with me. You called to inform me of an upcoming service where I called to say my service was supposed to be canceled at which time you told me there would be a 300 dollar fee. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable technicians. They come in, take care of business, clean up after their work and are gone without interruption.
We are very unsatisfied with this company. A salesman came to our house and offered $1 to pay for this month and $79 after. I called to cancel our services and they told me we are under a 12 month contract and that we had to pay $150 to break the contract. i told them we never signed and agreed to a contract. They said that they have a signed agreement. i told them the only paper my husband signed was the receipt. Amazing service and quick response, had to do a roach flush and haven’t seen any in months.
DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM!! If you cancel before your yearly contract is up they will charge you a fee over $400. They broke a window in my home and refused to pay for it. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy would not recommend this business to anyone! On top of all that they're chemicals are watered down, I still had pest issues they blamed it on the fact that they had to continue to come by to treat.
