Had the service for 6 months now. On two separate occasions the tech indicated that a service was completed while in fact they didn’t even come to my home. Grateful for my Ring Camera system. Not grateful for signing up for White Knight. I can’t say that it is a scam but their technicians need to learn how to read a house address at least. Then when I call I get the “a supervisor will reach out to you...” Still waiting.
Kevin was my tech who was very funny and very detailed. He answered every question I had. I told him about ant problem I was having but I could not find the source. Kevin checked around and found the hidden source and took care of the problem. He was also training another tech by the name of Delexus who was nice as well. Thank you to the both of them.
They were very professional, they were here early, got the job done and was out, very pleased just signed up
