I’m not very happy about how we were treated with this company. I had a gentleman come and knock on my door and tell us all these great things they do, including coming inside. However, once the technicians showed up they told us they don’t treat inside unless they were asked. That being said I have had a cockroach climb on my head while sleeping (yes I woke up and it was awful), and I’ve killed 3 live cockroaches in the last 3 days (they were here and sprayed 3 weeks ago). Great service and great cost value
We called White Knight when we discovered a mouse infestation in our house. We had called multiple companies, but chose White Knight because they were able to get out to our house the soonest. When the technician came, he treated it like a regular service call to an existing client rather than a new client.
