RecommendedWe've had nothing but success since we started using White Knight. We just had our 4th treatment. I really love that their products are safe & pet friendly, as we have two small dogs. Only once did we have an issue Inside the house, that time of year, and they came out at no charge and the problem was solved. They always give us a heads up when they are on their way, so I can get the pups inside if they are out. We're extremely happy with the service they provide. 🙂🐶👍
Have used White Knight for 2 yrs and everything has been as expected. Great customer service, no bugs, and have enjoyed having Greg as our technician.
Mosquito Treatment did not work. mosquitoes are still present in backyard. The technician spent little time in the backyard performing the treatment and have No idea if he treated front yard. Waste of money. Did not offer any refund or retreatment.
The technician is always so friendly and helpful. The office staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.
I had my property serviced x2 times for ants and they would not stop coming into the house. After telling Lawrence Boston this, he did not just spray and go onto the next job, he figured it out like an experienced professional. He identified a huge ant mound under my dog house and destroyed the mound. I didn't even know it was there. His professionalism and his experience are well beyond 5 stars. The customer service is impeccable. Questions answered talking back-and-forth suggestions recommendations everything about this company is wonderful.
Disappointed is an understatement. Had them knock on my door. Sales rep was nice and at the time seemed knowledgeable. I showed him areas on my house where I was having issues with bees and he said they had a product to take care of them. I have him on my home camera saying if it didn’t work I could get my money back and walk away. Well they tried a few different visits to clear out the bees and it didn’t work.
