White Knight does an awesome job every single time! I’ve never had any pest issues. To top it off, their technicians are always really friendly and upbeat.
Horrible Company! Even worst customer service. The customer service rep Jake I spoke to on 1/19 @ 4:30pm was very unapologetically rude and disrespectful. I tried to work with him to figure out how to pay my balance as they came to my home when I was NOT present after I'd told them twice I needed to reschedule. Told them I would no longer be needing their services and I was told "you can do whatever you want your $300 cancellation fee will go on your credit". DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Poor customer service and then they charge you a cancelation fee to leave them. Find another company.
horrible service, they came today to spray but i bet the guy they sent didnt noticed my camera because he only lasted about 10 minutes at the house and never sprayed anything and he left a confirmation of the service saying he spayed everything and removes spider webs and other stuff. i usually get a text saying around what time they will be coming and call me 30min before they get home i didnt get any of this today. But i sure did get billed for “the service” that was provided today.
