These “technicians” need to be held accountable for what they do, NOT ONCE did I ever get my full treatment. It was either “I’ll be back to spray the garage” or “I’ll put the termite thing next time” The manager I spoke to on the phone was very generous but that doesn’t change the fact that I never fully received my service I paid for. I even called to let them charge me for the last service but do no want anyone coming out, just like other non-recommendation posts I’ve been seeing, this will be reported to the BBB.
Terrible customer service. They signed my agreement (which nobody ever told Me there was a contract) for me before emailing to me to review and then said I was locked into an agreement for 12 months even though I never had a chance to review said agreement since they forged my name. They say due to covid they are allowed to do this. Beware of these scam tactics

I signed a contract for bimonthly service. My first two services were great, however my third service was a no show. I was charged for that service that I did NOT receive. I called customer service about it, to which the representative argued with me, because the technician “logged” when he “came”. The staff is very professional and efficient. The product has no odor and pet friendly. Staff was on time and informative.

The gentleman had no idea what he was coming to treat for, then proceeded to tell me they Do not offer the service i needed, that I should call another company because they specifically treat for the problem I’m having. Since I have never worked with White Knight before, I’m willing to try them once again after speaking to the salesman.
