We have great Doctors and the staff is great
Took my child to see the doctor & has been waiting 4 hours to see the doctor. I'm currently still waiting in the lobby.
one time my 3 month old son had something wrapped around his toes. cutting off circulation. we waited over an hour and a half before someone saw him. my daughter was coughing badly and vomiting. sat in triage room for 2 and a half hours. doctor never showed up. so we left.
Disappointed in the weekend staff at night, very disappointed
The customer service here is unlike any hospital I’ve been to. I actually felt important to them. That’s so hard to find, especially in an emergency department.
I have been hospitalized several times here and have only had maybe 2 bad experiences which was issues with disrespectful criticizing of a staff member. Other than those issues my experiences being there was great.
I had a great experience and didn’t wait to long to get service
