Went thru ER with appendicitis. Had surgery by Dr James Smith. Everyone from ER to floor nurses were great. No complaint at all. I so appreciate your care. Dr Smith was so nice and really listened. Thank you all! Special shout out to Justin (ER), Cherry & Brenda Floor) & Dr Smith. Great crew.
I have not recieved my survey. So I'm leaving a review. I came here today because I was having severe back pain from and auto accident. I was already prescribed medications but they weren't helping. I had reached the point to where I was in tears while I was walking. I had already been to another local hospital twice. they did prays said nothing broken but I would need an MRI for further diagnosis. I called around trying to find a doctor to take my insurance. best hospital I been to was on surgery floor for about a week, nurses Mary and Theresa were well experienced comforting and professional food was good physical therapy was good had no problems here definitely glad I chose to come to st Francis.
This is posted on behalf of my wife: I arrived at 12:30 AM on June 13, 2020 with my wife who was exhibiting symptoms of a ruptured appendix (a very emergent and life threatening situation). They took their sweet time checking us in. There was only one person ahead of us and while waiting another person came in who was run over by a car. She was taken back before us... A huge thank you to the nurses in ICU and CCU for allowing my Dad to facetime "his bride" of 40 years. you are all amazing and we can't thank you enough for your time and efforts!
My husband and I were both in the hospital within a period of 4 months (Nov-Feb). We could not have asked for better care, more professional care providers or a better place to be. Thank you for all you did for us and ALL YOU ARE DOING FOR OUR COMMUNITY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. May God give you strength and keep each of you safe.
St Francis always keeps their Center first on the patient. I like that they are a Christian based facility and make that a priority in everything they say and do.
Always been a great hospital. Great staff also.
