We live 83 miles away, and our grandson had an EEG & MRI appointment at 6:30 am. We elected to stay in a hotel to make things a little easier for everyone. When we got to the hospital, we were told our appointment was for next week. As you can probably imagine, we were just a little upset...not at the hospital, but at our own doctor that had miscommunicated the scheduling. This HOSPITAL DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS AT ALL. I HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER THERE AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO HER.
spent 4 hours in a room in the ER with a broken foot that I can't walk on. only to be discharged with 2 prescriptions & rolled in a wheelchair to my car to drive home.
Rachel Kelsey and Jennifer were the absolute best in pediatrics. They were so gentle sweet kind and helped us with anything we needed while my 7 months old daughter was there for four days. they were also very sweet and kind to my 3 year old son. Absolutely the best nurses I've came across. I also let a great survey on their website about them.
Sorry hospital! If You care for your loved one don’t send them here because the doctor, Dr.tilmon whom is really a PA will not run any test or draw any blood I will be calling the Louisiana state medical board on you I don’t care if you reading this or not who does that? A patient with a 100 degree temp,weak, been sick for months back and forth to the hospital constantly with emesis smh if you want to be a doctor it’s more than just wearing a white coat!
