my 6 month old daughter was admitted into the PICU on April 8,2019 and had skull surgery on April 9,2019. The nurses on the PICU hall were absolutely amazing. There was one nurse named Jacob that I feel went above and beyond his job requirements. Jacob took the time to answer all my questions and shown a true love and care for my daughter. He played with her and just shown so much compassion. Our Dr and nurses were very mean! Only go during the day because at night the attitude changes!

My debit card has been charged by St. Francis every month for 5 months since I paid off my hospital bill and I’ve called everyone in the billing department and gotten put thru to voicemail every time. Not once have I been called back. This hospital owes me a large sum of money. I have the documents saying my bill was paid in full 5 months ago, and yet again today they tried to charge my debit card but I had it canceled because of them. Helpful place and awesome people’s and service and dedication
May have a good nicu but will stress the parents out further than they already are by threatening they'll loose their room if God forbid they need to leave to go home and get extra/clean clothes or maybe see their other child they haven't seen in days! 👎
I absolutely love this hospital. The nurses/doctors are amazing when it comes to taking care of my baby girl. I’m forever grateful 🖤.
