I had a schizophrenic friend who was not medicated and thought we’d kidnapped her children and had them in the basement of the house even though we have no basement, called Cahoots to help get her some medical care, one of the slag-fish women they sent over to assist said to “let her crawl up under a bush and sleep it off”, like schizophrenia is the same as being drunk and needing to sleep the booze off. RecommendedI just wanted to say a very big thank you to Dr. Steve who was volunteering at the Oregon Country Fair this past weekend. My 74 year old Mother (who has more energy than I do) was working at the fair and had a medical issue with her heart. His compassion with a stubborn, nervous & scared lady was very much appreciated.
A truly amazing place offering compassionate services and support to those who need it most. 24 hour crisis counseling and the CAHOOTS community response team are such a blessing for our community.

When I started going to White Bird for therapy a few months ago, I’ll admit I was skeptical. I had drove by many times, heard many rumors about the people who come here to hangout or for help. But when my Primary Doctor recommended White Bird for me, I decided to give it a chance anyways. I’m so glad I did. Absolutely garbage place , a child with a first aide kit can do better. Without sexually abusing the patients . Keep removing my reviews I’ll keep spreading the truth !
I did counseling here for 6 months or so, very great experience! The staff at both the mental health clinic and the medical clinic down the road are very supportive and caring. Definitely recommend!
They help the homeless community so much! Thank you for all you do!
