Recently our fridge developed a fault, on contacting the service dept ( sue), the process of booking the caravan in and the repair being completed was very professional and courteous, Nothing was too much trouble for Sue who kept us informed at all times of the progress and rectification of the fault, and went the extra mile for complete customer satisfaction. Many thanks again Mr & Mrs Kerry.
Well ,popped in to buy a BBQ for the caravan and ended up with a new caravan !?. it all started with "let's just have a look while we are here " moment . I travelled in excess of 40 miles round trip to go to white arches or whoever they are called noe. Regardless there was a couple of not so cheap items that I wished to purchase and a couple of cheaper items.
