I look forward to my Thursdays at Whitchurch slimming world group it is such a fun, friendly environment with plenty of laughter & motivation, Tina is a truly caring & supportive consultant .. Started Slimming World with Tina in 2022. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into and felt very anxious at the start. I quickly felt welcomed and soon settled into the group. Tina provides loads of support and encouragement not just in the group session but through social media and messages when you feel that you are losing your way.
