Disappointed and let down as a patient I recently had an appointment at Whitchurch Road Surgery and, unfortunately, left feeling disrespected and upset. The GP I saw showed no compassion or understanding, and I felt dismissed rather than cared for. During the appointment, I had the strong impression that the doctor felt she was wasting her time with me. This was especially difficult as I was already feeling unwell and vulnerable.
