This is the best care home I have ever been to. To be blunt, most seem to smell of urine and disinfectant. This just smells clean. The staff are wonderful, very professional, friendly and caring. My mother was in hospital and we were told that she would probably die within a week. They needed the bed, so they sent her to Whitby House. Over a year later, she's still there.
