Almost impossible to get an appointment unless your an alkie or a junkie. Unless appointment system for anyone who has a job.
Anyone actually seen their own blood results?
I have no complaints. Always manage to get an appt whenever I have needed it. Perhaps because I only phone when absolutely necessary and not for minor stuff that can be treated by a bit of common sense by yourself. And without exception, I have always been treated with dignity and respect. However I agree that the surgery is just not big enough for the expanding Whitburn population. Maybe the problem lies with all the housing estates being built all over the place.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here.This is the last place you should seek medical attention.There are only two decent doctors and you'll never see them you'll get the ones who hate the fact you exist to ruin their day.Place is run by torn faced, Kafkaesque ,staff, example you have to sign in electronically for your appointment so why do they need a receptionist then?
