Attended the plastic surgery department on Saturday 8th of February for a removal of a bcc I'd just like to say all the nurses were very caring and everything was explained to me in detail I would like say a big thankyou to consultant shoukier who conducted my surgery and to his assistant emma for doing the stitches both was done without me feeling anything & making it easier for me once again thankyou so much
Attended A&E yesterday because I have had persistent headaches for over 2 months been the doctors multiple times and nothing was working, although the wait was long the doctor didn’t just brush what I was saying off and she got me a ct scan and booked me in for an MRI, so grateful for her listening to me, can’t remember her name but if you see this Thankyou! ☺️
Don't go there in an emergency. They don't know the meaning of the word 'Emergency'.
Had an operation, ward 4b, staff of all levels were absolutely great. I'm a former NHS nurse & not had a general for decades. All went well, my worries were unfounded, plus a great panoramic view of the skyline- lit churches at night etc from 'penthouse' type ward. Long live the NHS I've had a moan comparing now vs then but these guys & girls have heavy turnovers for elective surgery & are extremely busy but always got time for the patients. Well done & thankyou so much!
