I honestly cannot recommend Whilstles enough. Streamlined, professional and above all, friendly. Exactly how estate agency should be.
I like many students are fed up with being exploited for utilities and overpriced rent that we cannot afford and we cannot even use during this global pandemic and new lockdown. Not to mention this property was filthy upon arrival with blood stained beds, stained carpets, loose sharp tiles and mould in one of the bedrooms. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about their tenants. I also have photographs of all of the mentioned problems.
Having previously rented through whistles I am now in a position where I am considering renting my own home . They have been most professional as always and great advice was given . Would highly recommend to tenants and landlords alike . Thank you very much
