The way Hilton London Metropole works is their location only. You pay a lot and get so little. I was discriminated in the hotel. The hotel cooperate with others to do discrimination, restriction of internet freedom, destory of human basic speech freedom.
Awful to deal with. Rarely can get through to them by phone, unhelpful and tricky booking process too. Then I Asked to re arrange my booking due to being hospitalised and they refused so lost money
