Very hard to find in there new premises went to sort a problem that was supposed to have been sorted 8 years ago when my sister and I sold our fathers home

I have been using Shalini Subherwal as my solicitor for family matters for over 10 years. Firstly, for an incredibly difficult divorce and most recently for another matter that needed clearing up. During this time she has always been the voice of reason and provided sound legal advice. I can't recommend Shalini or Whiskers highly enough.
My father chose Whiskers to be the Executor of his estate. It was a straight forward estate, no property to sell. We were originally advised that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It took nearly 11 months with some money still being held back. We have to continually ask for an update, and 14 months after my father passed, I am having to chase again. One reply to an email was that if you keep emailing to chase, you will be charged more! Absolutely appalling service, especially when a family is trying to grieve.
My divorce journey started with Reza in Epping and was finally concluded with Shalini. It was an emotional journey for me and consistent throughout was the caring nature of both of Reza and Shalini. I had an ex determined to create pain and have his moment at court but never once did they allow me to make emotive decisions and were constantly keeping me level headed, making clear decisions without escalation. Thank you to both of you :)
