Cowboys! Avoid at all cost. By far the worst sub contractor on a major refurb we did on our house in Chiswick. 6 months later, we are still putting things right with the heating and a/c installation they did. Lack of any heat loss calculations (!) led to an under-powered central heating system and the a/c was just incorrectly installed with no return flow in one room and incorrect installation in three other rooms.
