Great service from Tony - Had an old car that needed to be scrapped after a sudden breakdown and Tony helped us find a new one really quickly. I arranged to meet Tony to view and collect a vehicle on a Saturday. Was assured he would hold the vehicle. Spent the best part of the morning getting there via train and arrived within 10 minutes of the agreed time. Was told ‘I was late’ and there was another buyer test driving the car. A weird stand-off followed with the other buyer. Tony hid in his cabin. No apology, no response to my email.
We recently brought an Audi A3 from Tony and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, car was in excellent condition for the test drive and on collection. Tony was professional through out, sorted the warranty with no issues and made the process of purchasing a used car, no hassle at all.
