I was charged 250 pounds to put on some parts I had purchased, change the bottom bracket and change the headset. The headset was never touched, let alone changed. I have just got my bike back from The Bike Shop Greenford where they showed me the headset was rusted through and unchanged since the bike was purchased. Next, the incorrect bearings were put on my campagnolo crank. I have had to pay for new and correct bearings. My crank has been damaged in the process. Next, the bar tape was put on incorrectly.
