Had this company clean my green and black bin, they did an amazing job definitely worth paying for! I will be using them again and recommend them to others too
Bit disappointed to be honest, I thought I’d get my black bin cleaned after a client of mine’s bin smelt incredible after a clean by Wheelie Fresh. So sad I know but with the hot weather coming up there’s just something so rank about a stinky hot bin! First visit I had to email as I was unhappy, second visit sufficed, third it just still smells of bin. Obviously it is a bin, but we are spending £7.50 for one clean a month for it to take them 3 minutes? Guys come on, there ought to be a way to do better?
Unfortunately our experience has been incredibly unreliable. Missed cleans that were only flagged up by us, with little responsibility taken by the company. Out of 4 months of subscriptions our bin was only cleaned on the 1st occasion, and even this was 2 days late. Very disappointed.
Reliable, efficient and effective. Wheelie Fresh cleaned all our bins on the dates anticipated. The bins were extremely fresh scented afterwards. I will without a doubt book their service again.
