Brilliant bin cleaning have my recycling bin and waste cleaned, they always send a reminder text the day before, and the bins are always spotless and smell lovely, highly recommend!

Had a leaflet through my door demanding payment when I haven't signed up for their services. Emailed regarding this and received a sarcastic response and claimed my email was "aggressive". May have been abrupt but not aggressive as I wasn't paying for a service I haven't signed up for. They need training in customer service as dealing with enquiries in an abrupt manor is part and parcel of the industry, especially in regards to demanding payment from someone who doesn't subscribe to your services.
