Elderly family member, who can't walk for long distance, came from abroad to visit. He would have missed many of our activities if it's not for Wheelfreedom. The delivery service for returning the wheelchair after use gave me a bit of concern though. No one showed up until one day after the scheduled day, without any notification and explanation. It might be the delivery company to blame. I am not sure. Anyway, I am mostly happy with the overall experience.
Jess at wheelfreedom was absolutely lovely today, I went for my first ever appointment to discuss booking an active wheelchair as I have never used one before, she went all out and made me feel very comfortable, we discussed how to use it and she also demonstrated it aswell, she was very understanding about how nervous I was and how I processed information and she took time to repeat everything slowly.
