I was very disappointed with this company after my recent enquiry. Initially all seemed ok when I spoke to somebody about a booking I needed to make to take me to and from Crownhill Crematorium for my sons funeral and was advised to call back once I had the full details and they would take the booking. On calling back a few days later I was asked to text the details for my booking which I did that day. Because my father had recently passed away, I needed to get my mother who has dementia and is physically disabled from Bucks into a care home near my home in Cornwall. Mark offered a competitive price, arrived early, assisted in getting my mother down steps and into the very comfortable vehicle. The journey was nearly 300 miles and he said I only had to ask if we needed a comfort stop.
